On Tawa on Stove
No yeast just perfect and soft
2 Cups Flour1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Sugar2 teaspoon Baking powder½ teaspoon Bicarb Mix all of the above in a dish
For the wet IngredientsI mixed 2Tblsp oil⅓ Cup Yoghurt (may use Maas)TogetherThen I added to it little warm milk and Very little warm water To make a soft doughMix dough and knead well for 10 minutes Rub a teaspoon of oil over doughCover and allow to rise For 30 minutes to an hour on a hot day Make ballsPat and roll slightlyBrush water on the one side Turn Over
If using the dhania (coriander) look then roll out slightly with rolling pinSee below Tip
Tawa has to be hot on Stove plate (do not grease the Tawa)Place wet side downAllow to bubble rise Turn overIt must have light gold specksTurn over now toast the dhania (coriander) side Let it get slight specks Remove Brush liberally with melted butterCover with Foil or warm cloth
