RECIPE
2 cups flour½ pct yeast ¼ cup oil½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon sugar
Make dough with lukewarm water, let it rise for an hour.
Topping:
Chopped dates, nuts and seeds of choice. ½ cup melted butter
Roll dough like for pizza, brush melted butter, top with dates, nuts and seeds, sprinkle zaatar, bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees.
When ready pour honey and serve with yoghurt.

serve with cucumber honey olives
