Murg makmali kebabs

500g chicken fillet cubed
½ teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon grounded green chillies
1 teaspoon crushed cumin
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
¼ teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese grated
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon mascapone cheese
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon grounded coriander leaves

Wooden skewers soaked in water
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coriander leaves , finely chopped

Method
Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken
Thread 5 pieces on a skewer
Grill or braai (bbq)
Before serving brush with melted butter and lemon juice
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
Served with yogurt and pitas.
