Process all ingredients Cut slightly long pieces of tussers cheesePat mince in your hand and then put cheese piece onto mince. Roll into kebaab. Dip in egg & crumbs. I used bokomo crumbs.Now freezer suitable. Fry in medium hot oil. Serve with your favorite chutney.
