My Simple style
RECIPE
Use veges of your choice however my east method is to steam themSteam beets potatoes carrots peas green beans cabbageSet aside
Marinate the 1kg Cut Chicken With ¼ cup beaten up Maas or YoghurtSaffron2 Grated tomato 2 tablespoon Tomato puree1Tblsp Kashmiri masala1Tblsp Chilli powder1 teaspoon Aminas Wet masala (optional)½ teaspoon tumericSalt to taste
Heat in a pot 2Tblsp Oil mix with 3Tblsp ghee (Clarified butter) 1 Large grated and fried onion with 2 Green slit chilli Curry leaves bay leaf whole spices like cinnamon stick Whole black peppers ..whole Jeeru (Cumin) ..Elachi (cardomom) pods 1small aniseedFry well add to the Marinated chickenLet it marinate for an hour or more Then cook on stove allow to cook once almost done Add the veges let it simmer besides the beets and 1 can of Butter bean (brine removed)Now last add ½ teaspoon Garam masala mix for 2 minutes Once done Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Keep it slightly wetServing SuggestionNaan Rolls Rotis PicklesEnjoy
