RECIPE
1 kg chicken strips marinated in: lemon
juice,
red ginger garlic masala, chicken spice,
salt, lemon pepper, ground garlic and
garlic salt.
Add arad (Turmeric), dhana jeeroo and red chilli
powder.
Marinate and leave aside for a while.
Cube two large onions and braise in
butter or ghee (Clarified butter) until sauted then add
chicken and cook. Just before it's
cooked add 1 medium tomato (grated).
Cook until well done
FETTUCINI:
Braise 1 large onion (cubed) in butter
or add ground garlic to onion. And half
a punnet cut mushrooms, add lemon juice
and salt to taste. Then cut up robot
peppers sliced in thin strips and add to
mushrooms. Cook slowly until just soft
then add salt, lemon pepper, 250ml sour
cream, 250ml fresh cream. Switch pot off
and add 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
Add the fettucine to the mushroom and
pepper mix. Layer casserole with all
fettucini.Then chicken mixture.
Fry chips and spice them with salt,
vinegar and masala. Top the casserole
with the chips and heat until hot.
Enjoy!
Serve with a greek salad.
