500g chicken mince 2 onion chop2 tablespoon green chili paste Hole cumin half teaspoon ½ teaspoon butter Garam maslaSalt to taste

METHOD

Mix everything together after it bis done cool it down and then add other 1 onion and chop it and skews the onion and it juice add lemon juice, whole coriander and red crushed chilli

INFO & TIPS

50 or 55 samosa . 1 month stay in the freezer
