Chicken:2 pieces filletCook in:½ teaspoon salt.1 teaspoon red chillies1 tablespoon yoghurt1 tablespoon animas chicken tikka marinade½ teaspoon garam masala1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Oil...cook till done..don't dry out...leave aside...
Mix ½ cup tomato puree,2 tablespoon crushed garlic, oregano,and the cooked chicken masala (without the chicken) from the potSpread on base...put a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese...place chicken pieces...cut up Rosa tomatoes,green peppers,purple onions,cut up gherkins, sprinkle oregano...bake...till base is crispy and cheese is bubbling
