Ready paneer soak for 10-15 minutues in warm-hot water.
In a pot heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add ½ chopped onion and fry till golden. Then add 2-3 curry leaves, 1 big or 2 small tomatoes liquidized with ¼ tin of tin tomatoes. Then add½ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder ¼ teaspoon tumeric ½ teaspoon saltSimmer for 10 minutues. Then add 1 teaspoon Sujees green masala & 1 teaspoon Sujees ginger garlic masala @sujees_masalaAdd 3 tablespoons double cream yogurt. Add paneer and allow to simmer for a further 5 minutues.
Serve with garlic pitas or naan. (I used Bibi’s pitas)
