No Tomato500 g cubed rump steak or Tenderizer beef ¼ cup yoghurtMix the above together keep.asideIn pot Heat 3 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)1 large grated onion (squeeze the water)BraiseAdd1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon green garlic pasteBraiseAdd the meat Cook little while Now add the spices below1 level teaspoon tumeric2 stick cinnamon 1 ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder+- ½ teaspoon green chilli1 teaspoon durbs or Kashmiri masala1 teaspoon jeera powder½ teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)½ teaspoon crushed black pepper½ teaspoon amchur (mango spice) (optional)Salt to tasteCook on low heatAdd water only if necessary till meats are soft and the masala is slightly thick Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with naan roti or normal rotis or rolls or bread
