1 chicken cut into 8 or more 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chili paste 1 small fresh or ½ lemon squeezed 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder crushed red chili ( according to how strong you eat )¼ teaspoon haldi 1 sachet tomato paste few strands saffron oilsalt to taste 2 to 3 tablespoon plain yogurt chopped dhania (coriander) for garnish fried onions ( optional)
Marinade chicken will all the above overnight or atleast 1 hour . Add to an oven tray and roast chicken with foil for about 15 to 20 minutes . Remove the foil add some butter / ghee (Clarified butter) and allow to roast until done add the yogurt at this time too .
