INGREDIENTS
200g Jeeroo (cumin)50 g Elachi (cardomom)40g Black peppercorns30 g Elcho/Big black Elachi (cardomom)30g Ginger powder20g Taj (Cinnamon sticks)20g Cloves20g Star Anise (Badia)15g Bay leaf2 nutmeg choppedSalt
METHOD
Roast all spices separately in a non stick pan till aromatic. Allow to cool. Add salt and grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar.

Add to daals, curries, stews etc
