Fish of your choice , sliced 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste 1 tablespoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon fish spice 1 teaspoon tikka spice ½ teaspoon black pepper Handful curry leaves 1 onion finely chopped 2 tomatoes chopped Salt Handful chopped dhania (coriander) 1 whole lemon ( juice of lemon )
Add all the Ingredients accept the curry leaves ,onions and tomatoes add fish and marinate for atleast 1 hour . In a pan add the onions with some oil and sauté onions and curry leaves until soften add the fish and dry on medium heat with the chilled tomatoes until fish has fries completely and tomatoes as soften .Garnish with dhania (coriander)

Serve with dhal n rice.
