1 box of hake fillets (I used the hake medallion from @woolworths)¼ teaspoon salt (salt to taste)½ teaspoon crushed black pepper1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon crushed red chillies1 teaspoon green chillies crushed2 tablespoon lemon juice
Marinate the fish with the above. Fry in butter with a dash of peri peri oil (peri peri oil is optional). Serve with a side salad or some veggies, chips, mash or potatoes. Enjoy.
