Fish marinade: ( two moderate sized hake fillets - woolies)2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon ginger and garlic each 1 teaspoon lemon juice1 heaped teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)1 heaped teaspoon dania1 teaspoon chilli power2 tsblsp red masalaPinch of green masala1 teaspoon saltDash of lemon juice ½ teaspoon Halad½ teaspoon crushed black pepper1 teaspoon Roberstons fish spice
Garnish: baby carrotsTomatoe ringsOnion ringsFresh dania
Marinate fish and leave to soak in.
Line a baking pan with foil, and olive oil ( I use 2 teaspoon)
Layer fish onto foil and garnish with all above.
Bake at 180 degrees to 220 degrees
Grill for 2 minutes before serving.
