Fish marinade: ( two moderate sized hake fillets - woolies)
2 table spoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic each
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 heaped teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 heaped teaspoon dania
1 teaspoon chilli power
2 tsblsp red masala
Pinch of green masala
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of lemon juice
½ teaspoon Halad
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon Roberstons fish spice
Garnish: baby carrots
Marinate fish and leave to soak in.
Line a baking pan with foil, and olive oil ( I use 2 teaspoon)
Layer fish onto foil and garnish with all above.
Bake at 180 degrees to 220 degrees
Grill for 2 minutes before serving.
