RECIPE
1 box petite hake filletsAllow to thawSoak in water with a dash of vinegar and 1 tablespoon coarse salt
Drain and pat dry with a paper towel
In a dish mix together:
3 tablespoons @sujees_gourmet_food fish and prawn masala1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala1 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon cumin½ chilli powder3 tablespoons @nolamayonnaise creamy mayonnaise
Mix together Dip fish in marinate and set in a potPour remaining marinade over. Dot with cubes of butter and cook on low heat.
Serve with tastic rice and lemon butter sauce
Lemon butter sauce By: Fatima A Latif
125g butter1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice). Melt on low heat Add cream approximately ½ - ¾ cup
