500 g hake or kingklip
100 g butter.
1 small lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon ground
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon chopped parsley or dry
3 tablespoon mayo
Portuguese spice to taste
Lemon butter sauce
60g melted butter add 2 tablespoon lemon juice salt and garlic
Melt butter and mix in spices and lemon juice when cool add parsley
Marinate fish in above and leave aside for an hour Heat frying pan and gently cook
fish on both sides spooning sauce over till done. Serve fish with lemon butter sauce.
