500 g hake or kingklip100 g butter.1 small lemonSalt and pepper to taste2 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon ground garlic1 teaspoon chopped parsley or dry3 tablespoon mayo Portuguese spice to taste
Lemon butter sauce60g melted butter add 2 tablespoon lemon juice salt and garlic
Melt butter and mix in spices and lemon juice when cool add parsley.Marinate fish in above and leave aside for an hour Heat frying pan and gently cook.Fish on both sides spooning sauce over till done. Serve fish with lemon butter sauce.
