INGREDIENTS
1 kg Lemon Meringue Yogurt1 can Condense Milk1 packet Lemon Cream Biscuits 3 tablespoons melted Butter.4 fresh grenadella’s3 tablespoons sugar
METHOD
Crush the lemon cream biscuits with a rolling pin or in a food processor.Add the melted butter into the crushed biscuits.Press down into a square glass dish.Pour the Lemon Meringue Yougurt into a microwave bowl.Add in the condense milk and beat well.Place in the microwave for 2 minutes.Remove and Beat well,microwave for another 2 minutes.Pour the mixture over the biscuits base.Cover and place the cheesecake in the fridge overnight.The next day take the pulp from 4 fresh grenadella’s add 3 tablespoons sugar and cook on the stove untill syrupy.Cool and pour over the cheesecake.Cut into squares and serve.
