500g chicken mince1 slice bread soaked and drained½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sujees green masala1 teaspoon PepperSteak spice(gorimas)Sprinkling of Aromat (a South African Spice)1 tablespoon Shan Seekh Kebab spice
METHOD
Mix all of the above together.Add chopped coriander and spring onion or any greens of your choice.Form into long kebabs. The mince maybe sticky so oil your hands before rolling. Pack into a flatAMC pot add 1 tablespoon olive oil and a ¼ cup of water.. Steam until done, ensuring the kebabs don't stick. More water maybe added if necessary.
Meanwhile, boil corn until done. Season pieces of butternut with pepper and Aromat (a South African Spice) and steam until ready but not smashed.
Then pack the veg between the kebabs. Make a sauce by boiling, butter, lemon juice and mayonnaise.. Make sure it's smooth and creamy. Pour over the kebabs until well absorbed. Garnish with greens and serve. Enjoy!
