RECIPE
heat 1 cup fresh cream. just until it bubbles. Do not boil. Add in 1 cup sifted icing sugar.mix well. Add in 250g nespray milk powder. 1 teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom). 1 teaspoon ground almonds. mix well. mixture can b piped in paper cups or can b set in a tray.
