Sumi used the ready made bar one topping
125g butter
1 cup sugar
Beat well together
Add 3 eggs and beat well
Add 1 ¾ cup flour + 2 teaspoon baking powder and 2 tablespoon cocoa together with ½ cup milk and beat well till batter is smooth .
Pour into cupcakes pans and bake on 180°c for 10 minutes .
When cool decorate with chocolate and grated top deck Chocolate.
