INGREDIENTS

4 xl eggs1 cup castor sugar Beat till pale yellow. (I use my @kitchenaidafrica stand mixer with the whisk attachment)Add in:½ cup oil½ cup milk Vanilla extract 1 heaped cup flour 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 2 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon cocoa

METHOD

Whisk few minutes.Bake 180⁰ Decorate as desired. I melted 120g Cadbury dairymilk added in ½ tin nestle cream.
