My StyleTip is to keep some syrup aside soYou can add as you require 500 g Kilm or Nespray milk powder1 tablespoon melted butter1 large can nestle dessert creamMix all of the above in a food processorRemove and place in a dishAdd½ cup dessicated coconut.+- ¼ cup roughly crushed pistachios¼ cup crushed pecan and or almonds1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) Make a Syrup see below SYRUP:+- 1 and ¾ cup sugar1 cup clear Rose Water and¾ cup normal water few drop of rose essenceMake a slightly thickish syrupIn a seperate pot add 1 ½ cup syrup add the Klim,/Nespray mixtureCook for 2min(Check texture and add the rest of the syrup if necessary)I do this tip as sometimes the mixture is too softLet it rest 15 minutesThen pipe in mini foil cups or cut shapesGarnish with chopped pistas and flaked yellow tinted almonds Few drops rose essence1 3⁄4 cup normal sugar1 cup clear Rose water¾ cup normal water METHOD Melt butter add nestle cream to klim or nespray mixture then put in coffee grinder or sift it .Keep asideMake slight sticky syrup with the water & sugar add 1⁄2;teaspoon rose essence add Few drop green food coloring to the syrup(It must look light mint)Add syrup to klim...cook 2 minutues on stove ...add crushed Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) to the mixture..Leave to stand for a few hours..then mould into shape.or put in flat tray . & cut shapes ...for decorAdd cut up coloured flaked almonds and chopped up.pistas .on top with a enjoy
