INGREDIENTS

250g butter180ml icing sugar 15ml oil5ml vanilla essence 2 ½ - 3 cups flour

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add in oil and vanilla and beat again. Make a soft dough with the flour.
Shape into logs
Roll in 1000s sweets & wrap in wax paper. Leave in fridge for a while. Slice and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or more depending on how brown u want the Biscuits..Enjoy 😍
