12 chopped washed and cleaned 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 2 tablespoon Cape herb and spice rub in Caribbean jerk spice flavour 1 tablespoon steak and chips spice 1 teaspoon zesty lemon and herb Salt to taste 1 tablespoon vinegar 5 tablespoon jojo chili sauce ( optional )
Stir fry 1 onion 1 green pepper 1 tomato
Marinade chops overnight or atleast 2 hours , in a oven tray add some garlic butter and few drops oil as well as the chops , cover with foil and let this cook in the oven at 180degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes or until tender . In a pot stir fry the veggies in oil and a sprinkle of carribbean jerk spice until slightly soften.
Before serving spread stir fry evenly ontop of chops
