1 kg chops
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon calistos mutton spice
1 teaspoon innaparman garlic & herb spice
½ teaspoon mustard powder
half fresh lemon Squeezed or 2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup nandos pepper sauce
2 tablespoon oil
3 potatoes peeled cut in 4 wedges
fry in oil keep aside.
Innapamans rosemary & olive spice for sprinkling
Heat 3 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter) in pot.
Marinate the meat with all spices & sauce. Add the marinated meat to the pot & cook until tender adding water in between. When almost done place fried wedges & sprinkle the spice on potatoes . Dot the potatoes with butter close lid & cook slowly . Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve with roti or naan & a lekker fresh salad. Enjoy.
