227g white chocolate 227g butter 1 ½ cup sugar 1 teaspoon. vanilla ½ teaspoon. Salt 2 eggs 2 ¼ cup flour
Add white chocolate and butter to a metal or glass bowl. And melt the butter and chocolate over boiling water (double boiler) when melted remove form heat and mix well and whisk for few seconds and now add in the sugar, vanilla, salt and mix well. Crack in the eggs and beat well. Now add in the flour and fold in using a spatula. When mixed well divide into 6 portions and add in the colors and mix well.Grease and flour the baking tray Layer each color brownie in the order you like. I used green, yellow, orange, red, purple and blue Now bake @ 180c for 45 - 50 minutes

The batter may be to stiff so when laying dip the spatula in water and spread the dough. Only if you find it hard to spread it.
