INGREDIENTS
1 & ½ Cups Cake flour,sifted.. 2 teaspoon Baking PowderPinch salt1 Cup Boiling water6-8 Tps Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon Instant CoffeeMix the boiling water with the coffee & cocoa powder, set aside... ½ Cup Oil2 Extra Large Eggs1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence1 Cup Sugar¼ Cup Milk ½ Walnut & Chocolate Slab, broken into pieces... (NEED ABOUT: 15-20 mini Papercups)
Makes 18 - 20
METHOD
In a seperate bowl beat the eggs & sugar, until light & fluffy then add the oil, essence & cocoa mixture.. beat for a few minutes... Then add in the dry ingredients,lastly fold in the walnut & chocolate pieces into the batter mixture.Don't over mix. Pour the batter into the mini cupcakes & bake @180 degress for 15 minutes.
INFO & TIPS
Add also bitesize marshmallows, biscuits or oreos, Astros or any chocolate Slab🍫too your batter mixture.
