RECIPE
Rainbow vermicelli with rose potpourri

3 heaped tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 cinnamon sticks
2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
1 ½ cups rainbow vermicelli (available at Akhalwayas hanover str)
Braise vermicelli in ghee (Clarified butter) till golden.
Add in water and cook till soft.
Then add in 3 tablespoon coconut
1 cup sugar or to taste
Some flaked almonds
½ teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) powder
Saffron.
Serve with cream and dried rose petals.
