My easy way
Not purMake samoosa mince filling Dough 2 ½ cups flour 125 g soft rama margarine or buttter1 teaspoon saltRub together Add 3 teaspoon baking powder Now mix doughBeat 1 egg with 1 cup milk You might need more flourDivide dough into 2 lots (so it won't be too thick )roll out into rectangular or oblong rotisRoll it a bit thin else it will be too doughy and u might have moreDough less mince when you eat) Use 1 oblong or rectanglePut any filling Roll up like a swiss roll slice the whirls place on greased baking tray do not egg brush and Bake in oven for +- 15 minutesRemove At this stage you can cool and freezeFryWhen required by dipping in egg If using same time Then Dip in egg mixed with chopped green dhania (coriander) and shallot and fry lightly
