250g butter½ cup castor sugar 1 cup maizena (corn flour) 1 ½ cups flour (or more to bind dough)
Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add in maziena and beat for 5 minutes. Add in flour to bind into a soft dough. Dough must not stick to fingers once kneaded. Cut into fingers and bake on 160 degrees till a pale pink. Dredge in castor sugar whilst still warm.
