INGREDIENTS
1 egg ¼ cup sugar ¼ teaspoon. Salt ½ teaspoon. Vanilla 1 tablespoon. Oil 1 cup flour ½ teaspoon. Bicarbonate soda
Syrup ¼ cup syrup (I used caramel syrup)2 tablespoon. Sugar 2 tablespoon. Water
50g peanu
METHOD
In a bowl add egg, sugar, salt, vanilla, oil, and mix well. Sift in the flour, bicarbonate and mix to form a dough. Rap the dough in cling flim and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Now roll the dough into small long logs and cut in to the size you want and fry till golden brown. And let it cool.
Now transfer to a baking tray and bake @ 200c for 6 minutes Once baked let it cool to the touch
Syrups: In a pot add all ingredients and boil dont mix. Let it boil and reach thread consistency.
Chop the peanut finely.line the baking tray with foil. Add the Cookies to the syrup and coat them well and transfer to the foil and sprinkle the peanut on top and let it cool. Don't let it stick together.
