Choc Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon salt
250 g softened butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
1 cup choc chips

METHOD

cream sugar and butter
add eggs. beat. add dry ingredients.
stir in choc chips.
drop on to un greased baking tray. flatten slightly.
bake at 200c for 5 minutes and then at 180c till done aprox
another 5 minutes.
