2 ½ cups flour 1 teaspoon bicarb 1 teaspoon salt 250 g softened butter ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 eggs 1 cup choc chips
cream sugar and butter add eggs. beat. add dry ingredients. stir in choc chips. drop on to un greased baking tray. flatten slightly. bake at 200c for 5 minutes and then at 180c till done aprox another 5 minutes.
