INGREDIENTS
Β½ lb Butter /MargΒΎ cup Castor sugar ΒΎ cup Corn flour1 EggΒ½ cup Cocoa1 teaspoon Vanilla essenceFlour as required
Icing - 80 gr Butter 2 cups Icing sugar 4 tablespoon Cocoa 2 tablespoon Milk
METHOD
Cream the butter and sugar.Add the rest of the ingredients besides the flour and beat well.Add in enough flour to make a soft dough, approximately 3 cups.Roll out and cut into circles, bake until done on 180 degrees.
Icing method -Cream the Butter and sugar, add the cocoa and milk in and beat well.
Stick two biscuits together with the icing.Dip the whole biscuit into melted chocolate, put a chocolate coated nut on each biscuit.Leave the biscuits to dry, then drizzle melted dark choc over.
