INGREDIENTS
+- 225g butter 1 + ¼ cup icing sugar¾ cup cocoa powder½ cup or more if u like extra coconut1 + ¾ packet marie biscuit broken into pieces (crush in a packet or with rolling pin)NOT FINEAdd handful chopped pecans (optional)
1 egg well beaten (optional)2 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Melt the butter in a large pot until melted. Remove from the heat and add the icing sugar and cocoa add the chopped pecans (optional)Stir in the well beaten egg & vanilla Mix well add the crushed marie biscuits and combine wellNB: ADD +- 2 tablespoon OIL or extra melted butterMix well it must not be dry..u must be able to flatten and press mixture in greased oven tray or foil the tray so it's easy to take out Smear with Nutella or any chocolate spread or melted chocolate Decorate with chopped pecans ORDecorate with melted brown chocolate or white milky bar cholcolate..keep in fridge to get firmKeep in airtight container
