INGREDIENTS
1 packet tennis biscuits
125g butter
Crush biscuits and make a base with melted butter.
Filling
1 tin condense milk
1 small tin nestle cream
Beat the above together
Add 1 cup cremora
½ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Beat again
METHOD
Pour filling over base. And top with 1 tin granidilla pulp.
