INGREDIENTS
Base:*12/15digestive biscuits *125g softened butter *1 teaspoon sugar
Top:* 2 x 250g packets softened cream cheese* ¾ cup Caster Sugar* ¾ cup sour cream* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 3 eggs
Decoration:*Icing sugar *Blueberry *Strawberry
METHOD
BaseCrush the biscuits and mix with rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture in a baking tin and press gently to make a firm base. Bake the base at 180c for 15mins and let it cool.
TopBring the cream cheese at room temperature. Beat the cream cheese to soften. Now gradually add rest of the ingredients with the softened cream cheese and pour the mixture on top of the base. Bake for 1hr in water bath at 160c.
Decorate cake with fruits of your choice.
INFO & TIPS
You can bake it with or without water bath. Water bath keeps the cake moist.
