Boil 2 cubed potatoes keep aside For later Now
In a Pot on stove Add 2-3 tablespoon Oil 1 chopped onionWith whole spices tuj (cinnamon stick), whole Jeera,Elachi (cardomom) powder curry leaves Green or red chilliSaute Add ½ kg any mince Let it braise and change colour Add 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon TumericSalt to taste Now add 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Crushed Red chilli flakes1 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder Braise Add in 2 medium Grated tomatoesCook wellAdd in the steamed potatoesAnd 1 can Butter beans or Baked Beans Cook well for 10 minutesAdjust Salt and Chilli taste Once done Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Serve with Roti or RiceEnjoy
