Mochachos strips

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem

Beat the following:
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup self raising flour
1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon lemon+ herb
1 tablespoon peri-peri (I omitted)
3 chicken fillets cut into strips.
Mix together all ingredients then add in chicken strips.
Leave in fridge.
Fry in oil.
While hot sprinkle peri-peri+lemon @herb spice with shaker on both sides.
Serve with chips sprinkled with mochachos chips spice🍟
