RECIPE
I used Dada's Haleem MixI washed and boiled the contents of the Cereals in 2 litres of water for 1 hour In a Steam pot (if using normal pot then +-2 hours )Then In a Seperate pot I added 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon of whole JeeraLittle mustard seedFew curry leaves2 Slit Green Chilli1 Large Grated onionBraised a bit till Onion colour changed to Golden colouradded 3 cut up small cubes Chicken fillets cut upallow the colour to change Added1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic pasteLet it braise a bit 2 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix+- 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon tumeric1 Small grated tomato (optional)Let the chicken cook a little with the spicesNow add this to the boiled Mix In the steam potMix wellAllow to cook for +- 1 hourFor all the Haleem to be more smooth and the Chicken Fillets Add 1 teaspoon Garam MasalaCook for few minutes ADJUST THE SALT & CHILLIADD A BIT OF LEMON JUICEAdd a Wagaar if you prefer Garnish with Chopped dhania (coriander) & little Shallot or MintEnjoy
