In a pot add ghee (Clarified butter) and little oil then onions and taj,elachie, peppercorns ,cloves,jeeroo and dhana braise all till light brown Then add chillie powder and masala and liquidized tomatoes And let it braise alittle Then add chicken and cook ...
Once blood oozes out of chicken add 3 teaspoon dhana jeeroo And 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) ½ cup yoghurt or more
Lastly add cut patatoes/fried potatoes and few strands of saffron soaked in hot water /zafron -saffron essence One can also add boiled eggs (optional)
Cook on low once done garnish with dhanya
Serve with Naan/puri
