800 g box hake fillet washed and drained well. Remove skin while still frozen.
100g melted butter 2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 teaspoon garlic paste2 teaspoon chillie powder2 teaspoon fish spice 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon cajun spice 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. Line an oven tray with foil. Brush with oil. Place fish on tray. Pat fish dry with paper towel.Brush the marinade on both sides. Place onion rings, green peppers and lemon slices on top of fish. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and chips. Once tasted never wasted 😋Share as received ⭐⭐⭐
