-1 chicken (cut in pieces)
-2-3 medium potatoes (cut in pieces)
-1 medium onion (finely sliced)
-1 plum tomato (Finely cubed)
-¼ red pepper (sliced)
-¼ green pepper (sliced)
-¼ yellow pepper (sliced)
-1 teaspoon oil
-1 tablespoon coriander chutney
-½ - 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli
-few whole green chillies
-1 teaspoon green masala
-½ teaspoon freshly ground garlic
-1/4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-1 1/2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
-3 level teaspoon salt
-2 ½ cups rice(washed and kept aside)
-1 teaspoon lemon juice
-chopped dhana for garnishing
1.)spray frylight in a non stick pot,add the oil and onions and cook on medium heat till golden brown.
2.)add the garlic,green masala and coriander chutney and cook for 2-3 minutes then add the chicken,salt,arad (Turmeric),dhana jeeru (cumin) powder and cook for abt 5mins.
-add the chopped tomato and cook for abt 10mins.
-then add the potato,peppers,petit pois and whole green chilli and cook for another 10mins.
-add the rice and lemon juice and cook for 5mins on medium heat,mix a few times so rice doesn't stick,then top with boiling water (just enough to cover the rice) and leave to steam on low heat till rice is soft.
-garnish with green dhana.

**chicken can be substituted with mutton but cooking times will increase**
