INGREDIENTS
1kg loin chops (washed and drained),½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala,1 teaspoon chilli powder,¼ teaspoon turmeric powder,1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder,¾ teaspoon salt (to taste),½ teaspoon steak & chops spice (optional),1 teaspoon lemon or white pepper,1 teaspoon mustard powder,1 tablespoon mustard sauce,1 tablespoon tomato sauce,1 tablespoon mayonnaise or trim,1 tablespoon brown vinegar,1 tablespoon oil/ghee (Clarified butter).
METHOD
Marinate chops and cook on medium heat till done, adding water if needed to cook tender.
