INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into pieces
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon vinegar
ΒΌ cup maas/yogurt 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon peri peri sauce /savoury dip
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon tumeric powder 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon bbq spice Β½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ΒΌ teaspoon zafron essence (Marinate the chicken with all the spices for a few hours)
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 tablespoon butter
3 whole cardamom 1 stick cinnamon
METHOD
1. Heat the butter and ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot.2. Add the whole spices and allow to sizzle .3. Add the marinated chicken and allow to braise on high for 10 minutes. 4. Lower heat and cook for 30 minute until the ghee (Clarified butter) surfaces.5. Garnish with fresh dhania (coriander) and serve with roti.
