INGREDIENTS
3 eggs1 ½ teaspoon cornflour ½ teaspoon green chilli paste or to tasteSalt to taste 6 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon garlic paste ¾ teaspoon dhania (coriander)/coriander powder ¾ teaspoon jeera/cumin powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tablespoon of chopped fresh dhania (coriander)/coriander
Polony Sliced bread
METHOD
Fry mutton/beef polony. Spread tomato sauce on both slices of bread. Add 6 slices fried polony to one slice of bread, cover the polony with cheese. Close sandwich with the other slice of bread cut in 4. Heat a non stick pan with little oil to medium heat. Dip each quarter sandwich into egg mixture. Add each piece to the heated pan, fry on both sides till golden brown and cheese has melted. Serve with hot sauce and enjoy❣️
