Spicy Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Cook chicken fillets with the following:
Salt
Red masala
Red chillies
Lemon juice
Nandos sauce
White pepper
Mayonnaise
Dried thyme

METHOD

Shred chicken fillets once cooked. Spread low fat mayo on slices of olive bread (or any other health bread), layer chicken & garnish with rocket leaves/purple lettuce and slices of cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle some coarse black pepper. Sandwich can be toasted as well.
