2kg chicken pieces washed & rinsed Cut into pieces Cook with:¼ cup vinegar 1 cap egg yellow 💛 colouring 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic Salt1 tablespoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper Cook ½ way.Empty into pyrex.
Boil sauce:200g butter1 packet tomato 🍅 paste ½ cup Nandos bushveld ½ cup Nandos mozambican paprika ¼ cup Nandos garlic peri peri 400ml fresh creamBoil pour over chicken and bake 45 minutes.Serve with sides of choice. I served with rotis and potato and butternut bake.
