1x large onion(chopped fine) 3 x teaspoon garlic paste1x teaspoon ginger1x 50g tomato paste5x heap teaspoon butterchicken masala250ml fresh cream3x chicken breast pieces(cut in cubes)
1. Braise onions in 3 tablespoon oil. 2. Add garlic, ginger and braise. 3. Add tomato paste, butterchicken masala and some HOT water and braise thoroughly. 3. Add chicken cubes, 1 x cup HOT water and stir, leave until chicken is done cooked. 4. Add cream last, before serving.
