500g of fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini1 packet Colemans cheese sauce (u.k)4 slices of barbecue monterey jack burger melts milk to make cheese sauce salt and pepper to taste
1. Boil tortellini for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain and keep aside.2. Make cheese sauce according to packet instructions, when it starts to boil and thicken add the monterey cheese slices and mix in until it's melted into the sauce. 3. place tortellini on a plate, top with cheesey monterey sauce and season with salt & pepper.
